Description
A computer-implemented method for path discovery in Software Defined Networks (SDN) utilizes multiple controllers to enhance the efficiency and reliability of network management. The approach involves distributing path discovery tasks across multiple controllers, improving scalability and fault tolerance. Each controller coordinates with others to dynamically compute optimal network paths, based on real-time network conditions. This method reduces the potential for bottlenecks by balancing workloads and enabling faster decision-making. By leveraging SDN’s programmability, the solution enhances network performance and resilience while simplifying management.
